KFA has secured the domain name www.tirelessworld.net and is actively working with tire industry companies including affiliates, consultants, equipment supply companies and tire recycling associations to promote the recycling of used scrap tires around the world.

This may look like just an ordinary stretch of newly paved road, but it’s being hailed as the first mile of recycled plastic highway on a state road anywhere in the U.S. Using more than 150,000 single-use plastic bottles, sustainable landscaping company www.technisoil.com partnered with state transit officials to repave the one-mile stretch of three-lane road.
Michelin has announced it is to co-ordinate a new tire recycling project, which will unite 7 industrial partners, 5 Research & Technological Organizations (RTOs) and an innovation cluster into a European consortium in 5 countries. The BlackCycle, which was officially launched on Thursday 3 September, aims to enable a massive circular economy of tires by designing world-first processes to produce new tires from end-of-life tires (ELTs).
