KFA collaborates with a number of associates & affiliates in the USA, Europe, Middle East (GCC) and China.

KFA has worked with a number of close associates and vendor companies for more than 20 years providing all types of tire recycling project consulting services in the GCC countries including; market research, project feasibility studies, technology transfers, product marketing, operational audits, sales and marketing of recycling technologies; including crumb rubber manufacturing systems, asphalt rubber blending technologies, sports surfacing, acoustical underlayment (for high rise construction), nanotechnology waterproofing membranes, R&D projects and much more.

With KFA operations located in Orange County, California and associate/affiliate offices in Los Angeles, Dubai, and Jeddah; international client projects can be delivered with a local emphasis and focus. Current projects include a feasibility study for the development of a state-of-the-art tire recycling project in Saudi Arabia, together with multiple aftermarket product applications to utilize recycled tire rubber manufacturing in-house.

Project scope includes technology transfer programs & feasibility studies for a) complete tire recycling systems, b) asphalt rubber in road construction, c) pressed products for sports surfacing and playgrounds, d) continuous roll membrane for noise reduction in high rise construction, e) artificial turf for soccer and other sports track surfacing and f) super fine mesh recycled tire rubber materials for waterproofing roofing.

Recent projects include preparing a full feasibility study for the development of a state-of-the-art tire recycling project in Saudi Arabia, along with multiple aftermarket product applications to utilize recycled tire rubber manufacturing in-house. Other recent projects have included detailed research into sustainable packaging for a leading US consumer electronics company, research into nanomaterial’s used in antimicrobial additives & coatings for a variety of consumer plastic products. Operational management and logistics support for a major plastics food mover and hydration products company with their US 3PL warehouse and China manufacturing facilities.
